Terms of service

Last updated: 2026-04-20 · Effective at launch of v1.0

These terms govern your use of Authwright, operated by Milton Hubbard. By using the service you agree to them.

Free plan

Free access starts when you create a workspace. No contract, no credit card, and no auto-conversion. You can upgrade from the portal when you need more domains.

Month-to-month billing, cancel anytime. We pro-rate refunds for service outages exceeding the SLO in the pricing page.

Acceptable use

Don't use Authwright to authenticate mail for domains you don't own or aren't authorized to manage. Don't try to extract credentials from the service. Don't use it in connection with illegal activity, spam, or fraud.

Service availability

We target 99.5% monthly availability for the MCP endpoint and MTA-STS policy hosting. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance. Failures are tracked at the status page (coming soon).

Data

How we handle your data is described in the privacy policy.

Liability

Free-tier Authwright is provided “as is”. Paid tiers include a liability cap equal to the fees paid in the prior 12 months. Nothing here limits liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Changes

We'll give 30 days notice before any material change to these terms. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.
